If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We do not collect anything else through this website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who handles it for us
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Contact form messages are passed to an email delivery service, which sends them to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@sentientmusic.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
